Within Nordic Estate, our customers' trust is our greatest asset. The trust is based on respect and protection for the customers' personal integrity. We process the information from our customers in a careful and responsible manner and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In all contexts where personal data may be processed by Nordic Estate or by someone else on behalf of Nordic Estate, all reasonable and appropriate measures are therefore taken to protect customer data from unauthorized access, dissemination, alteration and destruction.

We at Nordic Estate process personal data such as name, telephone number, e-mail and address, which you yourself have provided to us in order to provide a service or to contact you in one way or another. It could be, for example, that you have been to one of our viewings, signed up to receive a free valuation, a value monitor or to receive matching homes that we monitor. Your personal data is also used for customer satisfaction follow-ups in order to improve our services. The basis for our processing of your personal data is either to be able to fulfill an agreement, consent, legal requirements (e.g. the Real Estate Agents Act) or that we have a legitimate interest in processing your data to, for example, follow up on inquiries or customer satisfaction. The data will be stored as long as we have a legal basis for the storage.

You can, as long as the data is stored at Nordic Estate, request to receive an extract of the data or to have the data corrected or deleted. You also have the right to complain about the processing to the Data Protection Authority. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, transferred to countries outside the EU or processed for any purposes other than those stated above.
